Dr. Ting is my go-to whenever my pups are injured or not feeling their best. She is kind, caring, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable in holistic veterinary care. Her assistant, Jackie, is wonderful—she’s incredibly accommodating when it comes to scheduling and makes sure everything runs smoothly and on time.
Years ago, I had a 14-year-old dachshund, Odie, who began losing function of his hind legs. Around the same time, his kidney values increased significantly. Through a combination of acupuncture, dietary changes, and supplements, Odie regained most of his mobility and his kidney values stabilized. He went on to live happily for another year. I truly believe he passed from a broken heart—his “brother” had passed away just one month earlier at the age of 15.
Fast forward to March 2026: Duke, the Doberman, tore his CCL (the canine equivalent of a human ACL). It is likely a complete tear, and Duke absolutely loves to run. He is scheduled for TPLO surgery on 5/14. We delayed surgery because his pre-operative bloodwork revealed some kidney concerns. In the meantime, Dr. Ting has been coming weekly for acupuncture. She also recommended adjustments to his natural diet, along with Traditional Chinese Medicine supplements to support both his kidney function and ligament health.
Although surgery is still necessary, you would hardly know anything is wrong with Duke aside from a slight limp. If the door were accidentally left open and he spotted a squirrel, he’d be off in an instant—like nothing ever happened. He’s way faster than us - even on 3 legs!
After surgery, we’ll continue with acupuncture and herbal support to aid in his recovery. It’s incredibly reassuring to have Dr. Ting provide care in our home, where Duke can stay comfortable and avoid the risk of further injury during travel.
Our 15 year old Shiba Inu was initially treated for a fall he suffered approx. 7 weeks ago. He is currently being treated monthly for maintenance. We love the fact that Dr. Tina makes house calls. It makes treatment very comfortable for him as he is in his familiar surroundings.
We have been a patient of Dr Ting’s for over a year now and I am so incredibly grateful that my dog is under her care.
I had planned on writing this review a long time ago but am so glad that i waited. This is because over the past year, I have met so many of her patients in the waiting room. Each and every one of us has incredible stories to share about how she has significantly improved their animal’s health and wellness! Many of the stories are completely life-changing, as in dogs that were unable to walk, now walking again!
Dr Ting is incredibly kind and compassionate and patient, with animals AND caregivers alike.
She will always answer all of your questions and concerns and you will never feel rushed . Acupuncture is such an incredible modality and Dr Ting is such an incredible practitioner !
if you are reading this and considering acupuncture, think no more and make an appointment with Dr Ting. She will bring great hope, health and happiness into your life!
Dr. Ting is amazing! Her skills and knowledge in Veterinary Practices and acupuncture have helped multiple of my family's dog including my dog Larry. Larry had lost all of his hair and my normal vet told me it was "just seasonal allergies" and would prescribe him medicine that would not help. When Dr Ting saw Larry she spent so much time with us going over every detail to make sure that she understood Larry's problem and gave a detailed plan of action and methods to help Larry. After a few months Larry grew all his hair back thanks to Dr. Ting! Dr. Ting goes the extra mile and never made us a feel rushed during visit or follow ups.
We are so grateful to have found Dr. Ting! She has been a game-changer for our three dogs. Her in-home acupuncture treatments have made a huge difference in their quality of life.
Our senior dog, Xena (11.5 years old), has degenerative joint disease and was struggling to walk, let alone enjoy her favorite outings. Since starting acupuncture with Dr. Ting, she’s back on the beach, moving comfortably, and even getting on and off the couch again—something we didn’t think would be possible.
Capri (6.5) and Ryder (1.5) both had soft tissue injuries, and Dr. Ting has helped tremendously with their recovery. She also worked on Ryder’s neck and spine alignment, which has noticeably improved her posture and comfort.
Dr. Ting is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and gentle with our dogs. She always takes her time, and it’s clear how much she truly cares about her patients. Having her come to our home is such a gift—less stress for the dogs and a much more relaxed experience all around.
Highly recommend Dr. Ting to anyone looking for holistic and effective care for their pets!
