UPDATE: In the past I made an honest review for this vet. Its evident that this clinic took it seriously because in the past few months, I’ve been coming back to this vet and the service has been amazing. I’ll need to come back to update this review with the names of the people who have helped me. I don’t even know why I decided to come back here after a year, but I am very happy and satisfied that I gave this place a second chance. The nurses and the doctors are super smart. In my last review my issue came more so from the front desk people. I work in the hospital and the first face/service patients get are from the front. It’s extremely important that you don’t have “nasty” attitudes greeting pet owners at the door. Anyway, the people in the front seem to be all new or at least they have better attitudes. Oh and the prices seem to have went back to affordable. Very very happy. Will be coming back. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The staff in the back are very nice and friendly. There’s maybe ONE staffer in the front who is incredibly sweet. Other than that the service isn’t great, especially not for what they charge here. I’ve been going here for a little while and they made me feel like I could only ever get this kind of service only at this clinic, however I’ve been going to another vet and the difference in service/price is amazing (At the other clinic not this one)!! This clinic is a MONEY GRAB! But what do you expect it’s Riverdale haha it’s convenient, yes, but everyone in this neighborhood has a bad story with these people so….Anyway I don’t know why they have a high rating on google…seems VERY sus to me but you can get the real story on yelp where they have a 2 rating.
