It says that it is open from 4pm to 12am , was there at 7pm it was already close

My cat was very sick as soon I got there , Mireya Was very nice and caring, made me feel very comfortable She’s very outstanding person she really care .thank you Mireya 😽😻

Don't show a real interest or concern for your pets need, more like a protocol system. Very quick and uninformative. Another thing is, if you make appointment, they don't charge you office vist, if you walk in with an EMERGENCY, you have to pay $95. Which defeats purpose, emergencies shouldn't be charged, some might not want to pay and make appt. to prevent walk in fee, which can put pet in danger.
